App developer
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Location: Mumbai, IN
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science and a strong knowledge of computer programming & related field
- 2+ years’ experience of working as an application developer.
- Worked on least 5+ projects related to application development with the proven and independent contribution to the project.
Skills Required:
- High-level (Java, Python, etc.) and low-level programming (C/C++, etc.) and related technical skills
- In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems (preferably Linux) and platforms using development tools
- Create or develop different OS applications based on UI/UX requirements and mock-ups
- Excellent understanding of software design and programming principle
- Thorough understanding of development lifecycle & experience of development methodologies, like waterfall and agile
- Ingenuity and creativity for solving bottlenecks in development
- Communication skills - including the ability to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way
- An understanding of business processes and constraints
- Up-to-date on new technologies
Roles & Responsibility:
- Understand the requirements and translate it into application features
- Collaborate with team to set specifications for new applications
- Design creative prototypes according to specifications
- Write high fidelity source code to program complete applications within deadlines
- Perform unit and integration testing before launch
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
