·         Marketing the individually allotted products for given region.

·         Responsible for target achievement of that product category.

·         Plans and strategizes the marketing activity with the help of team leader and execute.

·         Inquiry generation and closing the purchase order.

·         Pending order follow up with principal companies for timely execution of orders.

·         Ensure the proper entry of bills in the ledger of customers.

·         Reconciliation of ledgers (reporting to accounts department).

·         Resolving the disputed Old/New cases of accounts / payments.

·         Updating the new project information to management.

·         Exploring and development of new area segment.

·         Reporting to TL by DCR/monthly report/quarterly report.

·         Developing customer repo.

·         Attending the service complaints of the customer with the help of the principal company or management.

·         Delivery of material and cash payment collection in case of emergency situations.

·         Participating in the installation of material at the customer site.

·         Attending the tenders on behalf of UMANG.

·         Handle inquiry and sending Quotation.

·         Update pending order for Principle companies.

·         Sending PO to the principal companies and follow up for the same

·         Stock Management.

·         Payments follow up.

·         Preparing invoice once material received

·         Generating new calls for field sales staff.

·         Checking mails and classifying enquiries, PO, important emails.

·         Taking follow-ups with the customer if technically things are not clear.

·         Documentation filing related to sale and purchase bill

·         Checking material against purchase bill.

·         Maintaining records of enquiries, pending orders and quotations.

·         Handling customer complaints.
