2. Good experience in handling end user queries, troubleshooting authorizations issue, Handling
incidents, requests, KB articles, documentation of solutions, executing periodic checks & report for
Audits.
3. Experience in handling operational activities in a project & Co-ordination with other teams.
Working knowledge on the ITSM & Change management process and tools (ServiceNow, CHARM,
Jira.. Other tools).
