SNic Solutions is a software company dedicated to serving process and discrete manufacturers implement manufacturing operations and supply chain planning software. The company is headquartered in Plano, USA with backend operations based out of Bengaluru, India.
Position: Application Support Engineer
Job Location: Chandra Layout, Bengaluru
Working in Shifts: will be mandatory
Pay Range : 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 CTC per Annum
Joining: Should be ready to join immediately
Responsibilities:
SNic Solutions sells and implements softwares used by operations and supply chain professionals in manufacturing companies. Our softwares includes manufacturing engineering, Planning, Scheduling, Execution and Optimization applications. As a application support engineer, you will learn and gain deep knowledge on the applications capabilities, intallation, etc. and be responsible for addressing any support cases that come up from customers. You will be responsible to work with the customer to provide L1 and L2 support and work with the internal technical team on L3 support cases. In your spare time when you are not addressing support cases, we will require you to work on technical documentation, application knowledge upgradation, learning new applications, learning the manufacturing domain and learning software development. As a career path, you could either move to be an associate to be part of the delivery team or progress to be a part of our product development team to write code and execute software development or grow within the support team to lead a support team. - Must have a background in Engineering
- Must have excellent business writing and communication skills
- Demonstrate passion for software development and IT
- Demonstrate passion for writing code
- Demonstrate any understanding of manufacturing processes, mBOM, eBOM, production planning, production scheduling, manufacturing execution systems, demand forecasting or similar subjects.
