Job Description
We are looking for Application Support Engineers for our company Xyram Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, for Bangalore location. We are located at J.P.Nagar 7th Phase at Bangalore.

This is for permanent role and will be required to work only in Morning or Noon Shift only (there will be not be any night shift). This role will majorly support for U.K customers. The necessary training will be provided on the Software Application (which is a HRM software).
Necessary Skills :
Good communication skills in English
Good Analytical skills and strong ability to solve customer issues
Willingness to learn the new software and applications.
Job responsibilities:
1.This position is expected to learn the configuration of the Employee Benefits and experience products by interacting with our customers and undergoing relevant training
2.Perform product configuration for new opportunities
3.Maintain the configuration
4.Interaction with customers in the UK for product configuration, maintenance and improvement
5.Maintain product configuration documentation
6.Communicate effectively within the team and with the client
7.Seek out help as required without impacting the project timeline
8.Work effectively and cohesively within the team
