Job Description
1. Reporting the project status with the client and management and supporting the current clients in using our products properly
2. Serving as the primary point of contact to existing clients on issues regarding contract terms, new functionality requirements, assisting with implementation/strategy, announcing/promoting new services/features, and managing various questions regarding accounts

3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Nellore, Vijayawada and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Immediate joiners would be preferred
2. The candidate should have a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience
3. Must have a bachelor's degree in B.Tech with a computer science background
4. Experience with Core Java, manual testing, and SQL
5. A passion for solving customer's problems through analytics and enhanced customer experience
6. High-level knowledge of enterprise IT organizational, business, and technical environments
7. Strong customer orientation, promoting customer satisfaction, resolution, and loyalty
8. Outstanding computer skills, highly proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and various web applications
