Job Description

An Applications Development Cloud Architect who needs to interact with clients, product managers, and developers in order to envision, model and provide initial models and designs that can be built and maintained. This is a customer facing role, owning overall technical relationship between customer and development team.

Architect has to constantly review the code to ensure the quality of the design by avoiding complexity, advocating clarity and to do this with the team. This usually requires hands-on work in terms of developing prototypes, contributing code or evaluating technologies.

Architect will own the Azure Applications Development technical customer engagements including: architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects and/or pilots. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer facing roles and success leading deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management and Developers to drive Application Development & DevOps solutions.

Proven experience as software architect

Expertise in Microsoft platform - C#,Winforms,WPF,ASP.Net MVC,WebAPI,WCF,SQL Server.

Expertise in designing and developing Mobile solutions

Expertise in developing cloud based solutions.

Expertise in Architectural patterns

Basic exposure towards WCF, Web Services and Web Api REST Services and LINQ and SQL Server Database.

If the candidate is very strong in the core areas, we can manage with theoretical knowledge levels in WCF. The candidate can then be trained in WCF internally.

Understand customers' overall applications portfolio, IT and business priorities and success measures to design implementation architectures and solutions (Microsoft and 3rd party solutions) using PaaS, DevOps & Advanced Application coding
