Job Description
Requirements For AR Caller
•We are hiring for AR Caller with 0-2 years of experience .
•Fresher’s with good voice skills & Interpersonal skills will be eligible for this role
•Should have hands-on experience working as an AR Caller.
•Should have experience working with multiple EMR Systems. Preferred candidates with exposure to eclinical works EMR.
•Should have experience in working with insurance web portals & IVR System.
•Should be willing to work in night shifts.
•Salary would be based on Industry started and Dominie exposure
Requirements For AR Analyst
•Experience working with Multiple EMR & Billing systems. Preferred Candidate with exposure to eclinicalworks EMR
•Should have been on AR calling for minimum period of 6 months till 2 years
•Follows up on submitted claims, monitors unpaid claims, identify underpaid and not billed claims with appropriate corrections and documentation.
•Review EOB/ERA denials, and understand the denial reason and initiate appropriate actions on the patient account
•Identifying Global Issues impacting collections and fix it on a timely manner
•Should have exposure handling Insurance & Patient calls (both Outbound and Inbound)
•Make calls to the patients and resolve the queries
•Analyzing the Denials and working on Rejections
•Checking claim status and Eligibility through online web portals
•Should possess excellent Voice & Interpersonal skills
•Willing to work in night shifts
•Salary would be based on Industry started and Dominie exposure
Requirements For Quality Analyst - AR
•Should have experience working with multiple EMR systems across different
Specialties. Preferred candidates working with Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Pediatric specialties.
•Should be able to audit the calls made by the process associates and should present the data on a weekly dashboard report.
•Should possess excellent knowledge on the AR Process with good understanding of the Denial Scenarios.
•Should be able to assist the team in terms of any follow up actions to be performed on the Denials.
•Should be able to train the fresher and process associates on AR Denials with required follow up actions & document client specific updates and update the team on frequent intervals.
•Should have experience working on quality process.
•Should have exposure working on patient calls and addressing their issues.
•Should be willing to work in night shift.
•Should have excellent voice & team handling skills.
•Currently working as a Sr. AR Caller or Subject Matter Expert (SME) fulfilling above listed requirements will be eligible for this role.
•Willing to work in night shifts
