- Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
- Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis
- Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time
- Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards
- Ensure follow-up on pending claims
- Prepare and maintain status reports
- Graduates / Diploma holders with excellent communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Experience in domestic / international call center or medical / hospital billing knowledge will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work during US shift
- Basic keyboard skills
