- Getting Claim Status / Eligibility Verification in detail & avoid repeated calls
- Obtaining latest updates from Insurances
- Updating billing notes clearly
- Maintaining quality standard
Candidate Profile:
- Good in English Communication - Written & Verbal
- Good in typing & analytical skill.
- Ready to work in night shift (US shift timing)
