Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, identifying and resolving delay and denials in claim reimbursement by collaborating with the insurance representatives and patients in a fair and timely manner.
- Possessing the ability to perform standard financial transactions of verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording AR data.
- Working offline to post all backend details into the database
- Should be proficient in Financial, Clerical, and administrative services.
- Should possess strong interpersonal skills required to follow up the denials by telephone or email.
- Proven ability in managing account figures and financial records.
- Should have strong analytical and comprehension skills required to manage AR accounts
- Should be a team player, consistent learner and a decorous individual.
- Should be willing to work in night shift.
- Should exhibit professionalism, work with others tactfully and follow the organization policies.
