Job Title: AR Caller Experience 

Salary: 25,000 To 40,000 Per Month

Shift: Nightshift

Job Skills:

1. Excellent written and oral communication skills

2. Minimum 1-year experience in AR calling would be an advantage

3. Understand Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Healthcare providers

4. Basic knowledge of Denials and immediate action to resolve them

5. Follow up on the claims for collection of payment

6. Responsible for calling insurance companies in the USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and following up on outstanding accounts receivables

7. Should be able to resolve billing issues that have resulted in delays in payment

8. Must be spontaneous and have the high energy level

9. Should be flexible to work in night shifts

*Shift timings - US shift

*Cab provided (both pickup and drop)

* 5 days work (Weekends OFF)
