- Position: AR Caller-US Health Care
- Yrs of exp: 1Yr to 3Yrs

Main qualifications:
- Fluency in Spoken English - Ability to communicate boldly & clearly over the phone with various business clients in the United States. (Having a US Accent is necessary).
- Good Written and Verbal Communication skills - Capability to read & write English with minimum difficulty in pronouncing, spelling or understanding the words.
- Effective Listening Skills - Understanding what is being said over the phone clearly & capturing relevant info into the computer system. (Understanding US Accent is necessary)
- Basic Computer & Internet Usage Skills - Previous experience & knowledge of Computer & Internet usage.
- Self Motivational Abilities - Should be able to work with commitment & conviction with minimum supervision.
- Good Interpersonal & Team Player Skills - Must be able to cooperate & interact well with colleagues & other people in the team.
- Good Work Ethics - Should be punctual, dependable, honest & confidential with work related matters.
- Work hours: US Eastern Times - 8am to 5pm; Indian Standard Times - 6pm to 3am
- Educational background: Must Have a College Degree (BA, B Com, BSC, etc.)
- Experience: 6Months+; BPO or AR-Calling or Process Associate experience a plu
