Job Description
- We are hiring AR Callers (US Healthcare) for our Chennai division.
- Role: Process Associate / Sr. Process Associate.
- Experience: 1 to 3 yrs in AR
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Skills: Should have good knowledge in all denial scenarios.Should have worked on all type of rejections.
- Decent US accent with good communication skills and analytical skills.Should be a good team playerWilling to work in night shifts
- Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project.
- Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.
- Report generation with regards to rejections and denials.
- Day to Day communication with client about deliverables.
