Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of EOBs, medical billing and collection practices.
- Assist in financial management and analysis
- carry out reporting activities
- Maintain customer files and records
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve unpaid balances
- Escalate improper denials or trends
- following up with insurance companies to get status on SBR
- To handle patient’s billing issues / follow ups
Experience:
At least 6 months relevant experience.
Graduate Fresher can also apply for AR Trainee profile.
Skills required:
Knowledge of US Healthcare Industry.
Experience in calling insurance companies/patients.
Qualification:
Any graduate
Salary: Upto 30k
