Urgent opening with Sterling Talent Solutions @ Thane for the position of Arabic Translator (Verifier)

Salary Range: Max 5 LPA

Shift Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Gender Preference: Male / Female

Age: Below 40 years

Education Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Experience Required: 2+ years of experience (BPO Preferred). Freelancers with good knowledge of Arabic Translation can also apply.

Skills Required: Arabic Skills (Write, Read & Speak)

Role:

Search the web to find the listings for universities, colleges and companies.
Initiate verification calls to verify the credentials of the applicants.
Send written verification requests and faxes for verifications as per the policies of the institutions/organizations.
Contacts the Applicants, Clients through Phone/Emails.
Should be able to process Complex Tasks.
Enter appropriate verified data into the system and generate a report.
Follow quality guidelines and also achieve the targets set by the Team Leader.
Also follow the IT Policy and Data Security guidelines.
Mentors New Joiner & Quality check.
