Arch Coordinator /Asst. Arch Coordinator - 1 Post
Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Pune
Qualification : BE.Arch Graduates
Experience: : 3 – 9 years
Job Scope :
- Prepare and maintain master drawings register for all incoming and outgoing drawings, including structural and M&E drawings.
- 2. The register shall be updated every week
- Prepare shop drawing submission schedule with targets dates in the relation to the project master programme
- Check and co-ordinate the shop drawings produced by L&W drafting team as well as sub-cons
- To ensure critical dimensions are highlighted and details are workable and coordinated with other trades.
- To vet through key structural / M&E drawings before submission to consultants (eg. Column setting out plan / structural forming plan / M&E layout plan)
- Attend technical co-ordination with consultants. To monitor approval of shop drawings from Consultants
- Liaise with sub-cons on technical issue/timely approval of shop drawings.
- To liaise closely with L&W’s contract dept. to ensure timely ordering of materials and appointment of sub –cons.
- Compile material sample/catalogues for submission to consultants in relation to the procurement schedule.
- To ensure that detail/material proposed are within the contract provision/specification.
