- Bachelors/Masters degree in Architectural Engineering with 5+ years of experience.
- The Architect must be an experienced designer and deliverer of projects with a proven track record in delivering projects on time.
- Architect with proven experience high density, multi-floor mixed use residential projects, offices and warehouses and Eco-friendly design.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of strategic business plans. Responsible for the execution of strong interaction design and visual design principles.
- Aiding in creating planning application drawings. Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications & Revit.
- Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit architectural software Experience in all work stages from planning to conceptual and design completion.
- Knowledge of using metric and imperial measurements, UK planning procedures, building regulations and construction practice and the Code for Sustainable projects will be an added advantage.

- Location: Dona Paula, Goa
- Working hours 1.30 pm to 11.00 pm- Monday to Friday (Meal, Pickup & Drop Provided)
