Job Description
- Assists with construction document preparation and participate in conceptual design development activities, including making adaptations and modifications and assisting other designers in specific aspects of overall design.
- Perform various aspects of architectural design, schematic design, construction documents and coordinate with structural, MEP and other departments in design preparation.
- Developing designs to comply with specific site safety standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations to achieve design requirements.
- Preparation of marketing and client presentation materials. (i.e. 2D/3D representation and rendering material)Self-motivated, ambitious, and a creative thinker to manage multiple projects from start to finish with high-quality functional design outputs.
- Research project programming, codes, and or other issues relevant to conceptual & schematic design.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task against deadlines.
