Job Description

Discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements of a project,

Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals,

Produce detailed working drawings (Plans, Elevations, Sections) and specifications, material details,

Coordination with Liasoning authority and other Consultants like Structural, MEP etc.,

Carry out regular site visits to check on progress and ensure that the project is running as per drawing / design and resolve problems and issues that arise during construction,

A first-rate understanding of construction processes, commercial awareness, and business acumen.

Ability to handle team, inter-department coordination, checking of drawings, designs, specifications up to coordinated drawings,

Research product literature, maintain knowledge of current building products,

Review product literature, analyze materials and its appropriateness for application to Project, finishing selections,
