Job Description
  • We are looking for Area Managers with Core Selling Experience in Agency Development Channel for B2B Sales, Ad Sales, Internet Sales, Online Products Sales.
  • Experience in Insurance, Internet sales, Media Dotcom sales, B2B Sales, Business Development is mandatory.
Job Role and Responsibility:
  • Handle a team of Independent Sales Associates.
  • Needs to achieve revenue targets set by the company.
  • Needs to achieve Independent targets set by the company.
  • Co-coordinating with Head office for all client service related issues.
  • Recruitment of Independent Sales Associates / Sales Managers.
  • Training new Independent Sales Associates / Managers as per the requirements and improve the performance of each Independent Sales Associates / Managers.
  • Supervising the Sales Managers/ Independent Sales Associates, in terms of assigning tasks, evaluating their performance and taking in order to enhance growth.
  • Guiding and motivating the Independent Sales Associates / Sales Managers.
  • Ensured adherence to all rules and norms without any violation anywhere.
  • Ensuring compliance & control, following the process and providing high customer service to Independent Sales Associates/ Sales Managers.
