Planning & Control (primary role):
- Generate Sales revenue, with linearity in sales off take; Increase market coverage & penetration through a set of channel partners /System Integrators /Institutions; Create demand through various activities; Collect customer/market feedback to support new product creation initiatives.
Planning & Control (primary role):
- Plan sales revenue for territory; plan Channel partners, forecast for SCM, review sales/throughput IN ORDER TO sustain revenue growth.
- Identify/select and appoint channel /SI partners, plan for implementing promotional programs, review implementation IN ORDER TO get maximum share in the channel/region.
- Plan/monitor sales personnel/channel partners performance, support and guide channel partners/SI and team, follow up for availability of products through coordination with COM, follow up for payments (if applicable) based on inputs from sales accounting IN ORDER to achieve linearity in sales off take and targeted topline.
- Give feedback to marketing on customer application of our products and competitors activities IN ORDER TO help develop new products/applications.
- Technical Education background
- Strong end user engagement & handling experience.
- Good verbal communication skills - Hindi , English,
- Positive attitude with a will achieve spirit.
- Basic requisites other than JD.
- Will have little or NO supervision & thus has to be independent achiever
- Must have VERY good VERBAL communication skills.
- Job will also have travelling
- English with one other language
