· Achieving sales growth as per the business plan
· Training and development of the team
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Prepare strategy for product promotions.
- Conduct strategic planning for launching new products.
- Gather market and competitor information and share.
- Maintain a Harmonious Relation Between Company and all the Dealers & distributors.
- Any and all other duties as require on time.
