# To achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, product wise and unit wise, head quarter wise for the Area
# Monitoring and maintaining outstanding within the stipulated credit norms
# Leading from Front in Field Working
# Tour programs and joint field work to be planned and executed to perfection
# Acquire complete/in-depth knowledge of all products and give on job training to team
Job Requirements-

# Developing new accounts,business tie-ups, negotiating, volume commitment
Personal Requirements:
# Should have extensive work experience in Dermatology. Experience in pediatrics will be added advantage
# Should be working as 1st Line Manager or at least 2.5 years as Medical Representative with proven track record
# Integrity should be the key strength
# should have strong Analytical Mind
# Good listener
# Strong Work Ethics
# Possess excellent communication skills with good market exposure
