Job Description
Area Sales Manager
- He should have good knowledge of market and should be able to communicate with dealers, distributors and superstockists.
- He should be able to achieve the targets assigned to him and should be able to do both Primary as well as Secondary sales.
- He should have good command over the market and communication in market should be fair.
- He shall be primarily responsible for generating sales from Dealer
- He shall be accountable for generating sales from Distributors as well.
- Building good relationship with the clients and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation and Closing sales.
- Generate orders, undertake collection of dues, and undertake sales promotion.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- He should have 6 to 9 years of sales experience in the Channel Sales with a proven track record
- He should have complete knowledge of the territory
- He Shall be accountable for achieving the targets, achieving the width of distribution, conducting displays, building volumes and implementing the marketing and sales promotion strategies.
- Should be well versed with Local Market for 6 & above years.
- Should have an experience in direct to retailer sales.
- Strong Selling Skills
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Commitment to achieving the Sales target
- Good Managerial Skills
