KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and managing an efficient distribution network in order to drive growth in sales.
Making contact, regularly visiting clients, creating customers for channel sales, getting their feedback, understanding their problems, and preparing solutions accordingly.
Enhancing and maintaining better client relationships.
Clicking orders by presenting products, highlighting their features and benefits, etc to the customers.
Ensuring payment compliance of customers through regular follow-up and contact.
Informing the customers about the various schemes and offers of the company, reminding and encouraging them to achieve scheme targets by presenting final discounts and prices.
Coming up with ideas and suggestions in order to increase the brand presence in the market.
Being aware of market trends and competitor schemes and prices, informing the senior team members about the same, preparing counter-measures accordingly.
Required Candidate profile
We are looking for smart and enthusiastic candidates who are, more than anything else, loyal to the company.
The candidates must be willing to work hard with the existing members to aid in the Sales and Marketing efforts of the company in their assigned regions.
Candidates with Prior Work Experience in the Fast-Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG) Industry shall be given preference.
