Job Role & Responsibilities:

Brew Partner of CHIT CHAT CHAI will ensure that Café operates efficiently and profitably whilst maintaining their reputation and ethos.
Brew Partner must co-ordinate a variety of activities to maintain high standards of beverage & beverage services, hygiene of the restaurant, décor and ambience, safety and hazards of the restaurant.
This is a key role which involves deep insight in crafting fine beverages with creativity in beverage preparation & presentation.
Promotion of sales by applying upselling/cross selling techniques can come handy as a skillset.
The key roles of Brew Partner includes organizing shifts, day-to-day maintenance of record and reports, organizing the Brew Bar & entire café premises for operations, monitoring housekeeping team for cleanliness of the outlet.
Note: Brew Partner of CHIT CHAT CHAI will report directly to the Restaurant Manager (RM). In the absence of RM, he will report to the Director.
