Desired Candidate Profile: 

• We prefer candidates with excellent verbal and writing skills. Should be able to confidently handle phone calls from students for inquiries on Online Certification Courses that we offer and also email course details without any grammatical mistakes.
  
• Should be well versed in searching information online
  
• Good in MS-Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  

• He/She should have a flair for writing articles on new topics by researching online or referring to books available in the public library.
  
• Candidates should be able to write articles in their own words without grammatical mistakes and without any plagiarism (should not just copy/paste from other websites)
  
• Should be able to contact Senior Directors, Vice Presidents, CEOs of different companies in USA, UK, India and different countries through Linkedin and interview them on latest industry trends either through email or Skype video call and the same will be published on our Blog/Website, Youtube Channel  and Facebook page.
  

• Should be able to handle phone calls on course inquiries and explain in detail about the Certifications we provide. Both incoming and outgoing calls should be managed.
  
• Respond to email request and messages submitted on our website from students requesting for more details on Certification courses.
  
• Manage online enrollments, exam request and certificate printing and dispatch.
  
• Update daily reports in MS-Excel such as enrollment details, fee payment status, number of inquiries etc.
  
• Should be able to work 6 days a week Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm.
