Artist Manager - Executive
Job Description
- The below are key responsibilities of the candidate: (may not be limited to)
- Calling Artists, Artist Managers & Clients (property Owners/ Managers) to establish a plan of development, with agreed milestones, targets and a strategy.
- Fixing with venue owners on regular basis as per scheduled targets.
- Identifying and liaising with appropriate venues to show the artist’s work, including preparing their calendars
- Supporting the artists to identify and apply for opportunities for example performances that will help the artists to develop further.
- Advising artist, where possible, on tax, employment and legal issues.
- To support Soundchek Entertainment LLP in the scheme to develop strategies for the sustainability of their work, exploring partnerships, potential contexts and markets for their work.
- Check if the venue has fulfilled all the requirements of the artists such as the tech rider, F&B, Creative, Digital/Print Media promotions & Payments.
- To oversee the creation of promotional materials (including print and digital media) for Soundchek Entertainment LLP & Our Artists.
- To create Whatsapp group for promotions.
- To join all the Facebook groups related to the Music, Night life and Live events in Pune & Beyond.
- To promote all the events of Soundchek Entertainment LLP on Facebook, Facebook Groups, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Twitter, Whatsapp etc.
