About the Job 

• The ideal candidate will have full-stack skills and solid experience in delivery of web application projects working in accordance with defined project framework and procedures. 
• The developer will perform full life cycle software design, implementation, support, and ensure application designs adhere to project specifications as defined by the Project Manager.
• The developer is responsible for following through on daily prioritized tasks as determined by the Project Manager, providing daily status updates of times remaining on tasks to ensure key milestone dates and deadlines are met, and responding to testing feedback provided by QA.

• Participate in project specification review sessions to ensure key requirements are properly captured
  
• Address defects identified during various testing cycles
  
• Participate in weekly internal team meetings to review new ideas and technologies
  
• Develop, design, implement and follow best practices, policies and procedures
  
• Assist with determining functional and technical specifications, defining timelines
  
• Design and develop creative solutions that will meet/exceed the business requirements
  
• Gather and analyze technical information for designing new applications and modifications to existing applications
  
• Apply creativity and advanced software concepts to develop cutting-edge solutions
  
• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, as applied to projects of increasing size and complexity, with emphasis on: Problem Solving, Analysis/Design, Estimating, and Planning

• 2+ years in-depth experience in ASP.Net (Freshers with competitive skills are also welcomed)
  
• Ability to work independently

• Experience building production, commercial-quality web-based applications
