Job Title: .Net Developer

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Suitable for a highly skilled .Net Developers with Agile/Scrum experience to work with a team of very experienced developers on some enterprise global application projects
- Responsible for the creation of a software product as per the definition in the product backlog.

- Responsible to develop projects on MVC.

- Responsible for client interaction for technical requirements & issues.

- Providing Architectural solutions in designing applications database.
- Lead the Scrum Team on new technology adoption / processes

- Team members can be developers, testers, analysts, architects, writers, designers and even users. The team is cross-functional, which means that between all its members they possess sufficient skills to do the work. There is no dictated leadership hierarchy within the team members.

- The Applications Development Team is a dedicated collection of self-organizing, interdependent, co-located individuals representing different functional roles with all the necessary skills to turn Product Backlog items into a potentially shippable increment within the Sprint.
- Estimate the size of backlog items that they are responsible for delivering.
- Translate backlog items into engineering design and logical units of work (tasks)
- Evaluate technical feasibility
- Write technical User Stories for backlog
- Implement sprint backlog items
- Write unit tests/functional tests/integration tests as per the definition of done for the Scrum team.
- Write and verifies code which adheres to the acceptance criteria
- Application of product development best practices as per industry standards
- Develop & Support - resolving issues as per business priority
- Post Implementation Support and production support.
- Ensure we move towards common technical goal

- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.

- Implementing Application Security measures in the code.

Required Skills:

- You must have proven experience working on large .Net project under an Agile/Scrum methodology and extensively used .Net 4.0 or higher, ASP.Net, C#, MVC, Web API, WCF, Dependency Injection, jQuery and web services technologies.
- Provide accurate estimates for sizing User Stories.
- Plan and manage workload to ensure that the agreed outputs are delivered within the agreed time-frames, service level agreements, budgets and quality levels,
- High quality design, development and peer reviews

- Must have expertise in application security.

- Must have expertise in Javascript.

- Provide regular recommendations on improvements (both technical and budget)
- Provides solutions that add commercial value to pinpoint products.

- Must have Version Control Knowledge (Github/SVN)
- Self-motivated
- Can do attitude

- Fearless ability to jump lower in the stack to solve important problems.

- Ability to follow and teach best practice that would add commercial value to pinpoint products.
- Be professional at all times and demonstrate the ability to be objective about a situation.
- Have the ability to provide constructive criticism in an inoffensive manner and be willing to help the team achieve the sprint goal.
- Ability to interact with clients on the technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
