Job Description
- Immediate requirement for Aspect Administrator in Raipur Location:
- Experience of 2-3 years on Aspect software
- Call centre managment .
- Handle the operations daily issue related to Epro and resolved them on priority basis and if it is major issue or alert then co-ordinate with Aspect/Wipro and resolve the requirement /issue.
- Discussion with customer for Migration.
- To maintain PRI details using telephony monitor, monitor PRI status.
