Asset coordinator Jobs in Pune - For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd

 Handling all assets related issues for Pune, Mumbai & Kolhapur.

●        Installation of Windows OS, basic software, data card installation, configuration of Cisco IP phones, reset of locking, voice mail activation as a part of Support Service.

●        Managing and maintaining Client alssets –IT Assets inventory, Physical verification and inventory updation, file & preparation of MIS reports.

●        Asset Tagging of new purchased Laptops.

●        IT Asset Lifecycle Management

●        Identification of all IT assets under the control of Gallagher IT Asset Management

●        Maintaining and preparing Daily,Weekly & monthly reports.

●        Maintaining and taking care of Assets requirements for the new employees who join in the Organization.

●        Maintaining physical records for in-out asset allocation and deallocation.

●        Taking care of employee’s asset allocation and de-allocation & their asset’s major and minor issues.

●        Coordinating with Service Engineers for Asset allocation, maintenance, track, and their issues.

●        Sync with Kolhapur & Mumbai service engineers with respect to assets & other major incidents on assets.

●        Follow ups with service partner/Vendor in view of maintaining the assets productive. In case of not getting response on time from service partner/Vendor, follow escalation matrix.

●        Maintaining good relationship with client on day to day work.
