Job Description
- The incumbent would be responsible for acquisition of new tobankcustomers through external individual efforts and existing customer references.
- The incumbent would be responsible for handholding the acquired customers for initial 3 months and depending of the relationship .
- Excellent networking and acquisition skills
- Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills.
- Sales Profiles.
- To source customers for Current Account, Savings Account Products of thebank. Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
- Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Cost Efficiency Through Process
- Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
- Should be well groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities.
