Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) invites application for the position Assistant Actuary

Scale of Pay: Level-11 (Rs.67,700- 2,08,700)
Eligibility Conditions:Officers of central government or state governments or union territory administrations or public sector undertakings or universities or recognized research institutions or statutory or autonomous bodies:
(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level-10 ( in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department, and
Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or institute; and Associateship in the Actuarial Society of India or Institute of Actuaries of India; and Five years' experience in actuarial work or matters relating to insurance sector in Government Office or Public Sector Undertakings or Statutory or Autonomous body.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall be not exceeding Fifty-Six years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.
