- Position- Asst. Branch Manager/ Deputy Channel Development Manager DCDM (Tied agency)
- Recruit Advisors (Sales Managers)
- Recruit Financial Consultants and Advisors (Deputy Channel Development Managers)
- Counseling and motivating Advisors
- Recruit, train & develop advisors
- Responsible for assigning & finalizing targets, monitor & review periodically
- Implementation of Strategies designed by the Branch Managers
- Increase market reach and penetration
- Generate leads
- Consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities, Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
- Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish)
- Recruit Financial Consultants and FCs will recruit Advisors under them (Deputy Channel Development Manager)
- Help them with Career Progression.
- Enhance Agent earnings based on vintage.
- Focusing on advisor/ financial consultants retention.
- Focus on Customer retention.
- Drive activities for key business drivers.
- Eligibility: graduate and minimum 1 year of experience in sales or insurance.
- CTC- 30% hike on current CTC Max: 5lakhs
