Job Description :

Overall responsible for staff grievances & roster.
Focus on continuously enhancing patients’ experience through interaction & handle patient grievances.
Manage relationships with doctors & paramedical staff to provide seamless service delivery.
Ensure service in proactive & responsive manner in person/telephone/electronic media.
Handling queries
To attend walk-in Visitors.
To handle administrator work as assign or required.
Maintain proper filing and record.
Making payment bills of patients.
Will be responsible for complete coordination in the centre.

Eligibility:

Graduate
2 - 3 years experience
Good communication & people skills
Should be willing to travel
