About KS Hospitality
We are a delivery kitchen, running two brands: Huckin' Fungry! (fast food on Swiggy & Zomato) and Gourmet Dabbawala (weekend lunches food deliveries).
About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cleaning and chopping veggies
2. Prepping and marinating meat
3. Making pizza dough
4. Making gravies from scratch
5. Keeping the kitchen area clean at all times
6. Wiping down your station
7. Cleaning your own dishes
8. Maintaining records of & managing inventory
9. Working on many such kitchen responsibilities
