Assistant Director Fisheries in A.P Fisheries Service recruitment in Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission Multi Zone cadre (General Recruitment)
No. of Posts : 10 posts
Qualification : A first class degree of Master of Fisheries Science; OR A first class degree of M.Tech. in Aqua Cultural Engineering; In case candidates with the above qualification are not available, candidates with the following qualification may be considered. A first class degree of M.Sc. with Zoology / fisheries / Ichthyology / Marine Biology / Biological Science.
Age : 18-42 yrs
Salary : Rs.37,100 – 91,450
Fee : Applicant must pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) towards application processing fee and Rs 120/- (Rupees One hundred and twenty only) towards Examination Fee.
Mode of Payment of Fee : i) The Fee mentioned in the above paragraph is to be paid online using Payment Gateway using Net Banking/ Credit card / Debit Card. The list of Banks providing service for the purpose of online remittance of Fee will be available on the Website. ii) The fee once remitted shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Failure to pay the examination fee and application fee (in non-exempt case) will entail total rejection of application.

Paper-1 General Studies & Mental Ability 150 Marks
Paper-2 Subject 150 Marks
Paper-3 Subject 150 Marks
Centres For The Written Examination: The Examination will be held at Vijayawada (or) Guntur only. However the Commission reserves the right to allot the applicant to any centre or duly creating a new center for administrative reasons of examination depending on the availability of the resources like centres / systems.
