180 temporary posts of Assistant District Attorney in Prosecution recruitment at Haryana Public Service Commission
Essential Qualifications: (i) Degree of Bachelor of Laws (Professional) of a recognized University. (ii) Should have enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council. (iii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard or higher.
Scale of Pay : Rs 9300-34800+ Rs. 4600/- Grade Pay + 200 Special Pay
Age : A Candidate should not below 21 years and not more than 42 years of age as on 08.06.2017 (Closing date).
No.of Posts: 180 (Gen.-96 Four posts are reserved for Persons with disabilities (two for hearing impaired, One for blind or low vision and one for locomotor disabilities or cerebral palsy). S.C of Hry. -40 Two post reserved for persons with disabilities (One for locomotor disabilities or cerebral palsy and one for blind and low vision). BC-A of Hry.-22,BC-B of Hry. 12,ESM of Hry.-10)
Application Fees : The online application fees which is payable at all branches of and State Bank of India,
1. (i) For Male Candidates of General Category including Dependent Sons of Ex-Servicemen of Haryana. (ii) For Male candidates of all reserved categories of other States. Rs. 500/-
2. For Female candidates of all (General and Reserved) categories of all states. Rs. 125/-
3. For Male candidates of SC/ BC/ EBP Gen./ESM categories of Haryana only. Rs. 125/-
4. For all Physically Handicapped candidates (with at least 40% disability) categories of Haryana only. NiL
Procedure for deposit of Fee : Candidates are advised to take print out of the application form and fee Challan and deposit the fee in any branch of State Bank of India after 48 hours of filling online application and Challan generation before 08.06.2017.
