Qualification:B.Tech/BE or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks and at least 5 years’ experience in a Central/State Government Departments/ Academic / Research institutions / other reputed organization. Candidates should have work experience in preparation of bill, checking of bill submitted by vendors. Can check the bill of all services like Electrical, LV, Mechanical, and Plumbing & Fire Fighting along with the Civil work. Person should have knowledge of financial rules, CPWD codes and DAR.
