Assistant Engineer / Social Welfare Officer Job position in Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC)

Qualification : - (1) Possess a degree in Engineering (Civil) obtained from any of the Universities or institutions established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institutions recognized as such or declared to be a deemed University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. (2) The basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Service Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967. (3) Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
Pay : Rs. 44,900-142,400 (Pay Matrix Level-8)
Age : Not more than 35 years.

Qualification : (I) A Post Graduate degree with Social Work or Rural Study or Rural Management or Sociology or a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a state Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the U.G.C. Act,1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government; and (i) Have about three years experience on the post not below the rank of social Welfare Inspector, Class-3 in the subordinate Service of the Directorate of Developing Castes welfare, Gujarat state, or (ii) Have about three years experience in Government or local bodies or Government undertaking, Board or Corporation or Limited Company established under the Companies Act,2013; or in the institution or Non Government Organization working in the field of social work on the post Welfare Assistant or Officer which can be considered equivalent to the post not below rank of Social Welfare inspector, Class-3 in the subordinate service of the Directorate of Developing Caste Welfare, Gujarat state
Pay Scale : As per sixth pay commission Rs. 9300-34800
