Job Description
Looking for HR Executives to manage recruiting, induction, training, payroll, and employee relations.
Main Responsibilities
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Designing compensation and benefits packages
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Employee grievances management
Design and manage annual employee performance review procedures.
Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Any graduate or postgraduate with 0 to 3.5 years experience. MBA HR is preferred
Understanding IT skills for recruitments purpose
Good written and oral communication skills and be proficient in English.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good Computer/excel knowledge
