Job Description

Title: Assistant Manager HR

Experience: 8-10 years
Age: Up to 35 years’
Salary: As per Industry Standard
Location: Jamnagar

Responsibilities:

  • Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; and recommending changes. Letter generation of different kinds like offer letter, appointment letter, experience & relieving letter etc.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  • Attendance and payroll management and resolving leaves queries; maintaining online PF records of employees.
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures; assist in the implementation of the same.
  • Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and documentation.
  • Planning & executing employee engagement activities.
  • Management of office Administration.
  • Coordinating with admin staff.

    Requirements:

    Mandatory

    • B.Tech / B.E. / MBA - Any Specialization
    • Excellent communication and people skills.
    • 5+ years of experience in working with IT service company
    • 3+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource, Labour Relations and Employee Relations roles.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents and respond and solve effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
    • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of the plane.

    Additional

    • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & 27001:2013 certification, documentation and implementation.
    • Knowledge of US IT Staffing.
