Job Description
Title: Assistant Manager HR

Responsibilities:
1. Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
2. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
3. Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; and recommending changes. Letter generation of different kinds like offer letter, appointment letter, experience & relieving letter etc.
4. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
5. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
6. Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
7. Attendance and payroll management and resolving leaves queries; maintaining online PF records of employees.
8. Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures; assist in implementation of the same.
9. Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
10. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and documentation.
11. Planning & executing employee engagement activities.
12. Management of office Administration.
13. Coordinating with admin staff.
Requirements:
Mandatory
ü B.Tech / B.E. / MBA - Any Specialization
ü Excellent communication and people skills.
ü 5+ years of experience in working with IT service company
ü 3+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource, Labour Relations and Employee Relations roles.
ü Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents and respond and solve effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
ü Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane.
Additional
o Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & 27001:2013 certification, documentation and implementation.
o Knowledge of US IT Staffing.
