Job Description
Work on employee life cycle management from onboarding to exit
2. Manage the company's recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs

4. Manage employee's grievances and create SoPs to act in a timely manner
5. Work on the record-keeping of all the key HR activities, policies, payroll, SoPs, employee appraisals, etc.
6. Work on design and implementation of employee engagement programs
7. Handle all the admin operations 8. Screen resumes and shortlists candidates
