Assistant - I (Utilities and Maintenance) job vacancies in National Dairy Development Board
Location: Noida
Maximum Age Limit : 26 Years as on 31 October 2019.
Key roles and Responsibility: Maintenance works of office including electrical, civil related issues, certification of bills of maintenance/ service providers, Electricity Board, Water Authority and petty purchase.
Supervising of housekeeping workers – gardeners, electricians, plumber and carpenter provided by the contractor/service providers.
Assisting in preparation of technical specifications, estimations, proposal, indenting etc. for the works to be carried out for repair/maintenance of residential complex and office building.
Taking care of maintenance of transit house.
Qualification & Experience: 3 years full time Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in utilities management of residential and office complex.
Location: Noida
Other Essential attributes and skills: The incumbent should have: Good communication skill in English, Hindi. Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT) and ERP system, Analytical ability and punctuality.
