Assistant B.C. Welfare Officer in A.P.B.C. Welfare Service/10 Post
Assistant Social Welfare Officer in A.P. Social Welfare Service/13 Post
Assistant Tribal Welfare Officer in A.P. Tribal Welfare Service/06 Post
Qualification : Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India established or Incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification
Age : 18-42 Yrs
Pay Scale : Rs.31,460 – 84,970
Fee : Applicant must pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) towards application processing fee and Rs 120/- (Rupees One Hundred and twenty only) towards Examination Fee
Centres For The Off-Line/On-Line Examination: The Screening Test And Main Examination Will Be Held At All The Districts in Andhra Pradesh. The applicant may choose the Test City with three preferences. However the Commission reserves the right to allot the applicant to any centre of examination depending on the availability of the resources like centres / systems.
Procedure of Selection : In case screening test is conducted as referred above, based on the Merit in screening test, candidates will be picked up in the ratio of 50 per one notified post for the main examination in order of General Merit. In case where no screening test is held, all the eligible applicants would be allowed to appear for the main examination.

Before this, there was Andhra Public Service Commission in the Andhra State and Hyderabad Public Service Commission in the Hyderabad State . Andhra Service Commission came into existence only in 1953 after the bifurcation of composite Madras State into Andhra and Madras States.
