Job Description
- Closing books of accounts on monthly basis.
- Preparing Profit and Loss Account of the company on monthly basis for further submission to the management.
- Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts viz. Journal Ledger, cash book, bank book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
- Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz, P&L Account and Balance Sheet.
- Reconciliation of Inter branch and Intercompany accounts and monitoring branch records.
- Preparing creditors/ debtor’s reconciliation statements.
- Responsible for deduction of TDS and GST along with their compliance and depositing to the Government account at their due date.
