Closing books of accounts on monthly basis.
Preparing Profit and Loss Account of the company on monthly basis for further submission to the management.
Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts viz. Journal Ledger, cash book, bank book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz, P&L Account and Balance Sheet.
Reconciliation of Inter branch and Intercompany accounts and monitoring branch records.
Preparing creditors/ debtorâ€™s reconciliation statements.
Responsible for deduction of TDS and GST along with their compliance and depositing to the Government account at their due date.
