Assistant Manager – Client Servicing

• You will take responsibility for managing, renewing and promoting an existing account of business while identifying new business opportunities within named accounts. 
• You possess strong relationship-building skills and are apt to resolve contractual, technical and financial issues with partners in order to best represent our users, products and campaigns.
  

• Campaign support for annual campaigns / quarterly campaigns of partnered clients.
  
• Analyse campaign plan and performance, and present findings to clients, influencing partner strategy by highlighting key opportunities to increase growth through additional product usage; bring data driven insights to support recommendations.
  
• Understand full scope of partner campaign including inventory trends, direct and indirect channel priorities, and competitors used. Understand how PaGaLGuY fits into larger growth strategy.
  

• BBA / BMS / BMM / BE / B Tech or equivalent.
  
• MBA from a reputed institute
  

• Digital Marketing, Ad agency and/or Education industry knowledge.
  
• Broad understanding of the online advertising (i.e., ad serving networks) and of unique challenges specific to advertising within forums.
  
• Demonstrated partner relations, account management, and sales skills.
  
• Comfortable operating in a rapidly changing, fast paced industry with the ability to manage an evolving product set and client needs.
